Confidentiality: Information shared during purchasing processes will remain confidential. You agree not to disclose other clients’ information or proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Personal Responsibility: Our Services provide consumer products, but you are ultimately responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​Ownership: All food and beverage products provided are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

No Unauthorized Distribution: You are prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or redistributing our Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, or any other proprietary content in any form.

Personal Use Only: Products purchased are for your personal and/or professional use (in the case of retailers, foodservice and manufacturing facilities), and may not be used to create competing products.

 
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of our Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses related to your use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, FL. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palm Beach County, FL.
