SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will process and ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays, and other factors. No orders will ship on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays. At this time, we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our products. Orders may ship out with FedEx, UPS or USPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange/return broken or damaged items within 5 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed items. Please complete the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM and email it to info@caliendofoods.com. A return label will be emailed to you and your exchange or refund will be processed once we have received the items back. We cannot accept returns that have not been authorized.
